Sessions are 60 minutes in length. When we begin working together, I typically recommend meeting once per week to build consistency and momentum. Therapy is a flexible, supportive process that looks different for everyone. Some people come in with a specific goal and stay for a shorter period of time, while others find that ongoing support feels helpful as life continues to shift and change. My role is to walk alongside you for as long as therapy feels beneficial and supportive to you.
Many clients move in and out of therapy over time. It’s common to take breaks when things feel steadier and return later during periods of increased stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re considering restarting therapy or simply want to share an update down the road, you’re always welcome to reach out.

I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. Working with me often feels both affirming and gently challenging—you may feel deeply seen and supported, while also encouraged to grow, reflect, and try new ways of relating to yourself and others.
